Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. Once your package has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

Exceptions may be made only if explicitly stated through direct messaging prior to purchase or shipment.
